Love Citron–Discount and Giveaway!
Happy October! Let’s start off the week and the month with a special offer from a great shop run by a kind and talented person: Love Citron, by Alison Citron.
Alison is a graphic designer (and a blogger, of course), and I’ve been smitten with her “one-of-a-kind paper design” since I first visited her Etsy shop way back at the beginning of the year. I was going to have her design invitations for my Salt Lake City wedding reception this summer, but since we ended up forgoing the party to just lay around on the grass all weekend instead (that’s my kind of celebration!), I knew I needed to find another way to share Love Citron with my Internets. How perfect, then, that when I checked back in with the shop last month, Alison had some new listings that fit perfectly with the Nice Things Now philosophy.
You saw her pop-up “You Are Awesome” cards last week, and look at these other fun designs:
Ombre watercolor and handcut thank yous.
LOL pop-ups (see the interior here).
Shiny silver foil thank yous (set of six).
Right now you can also get your paws on some Halloween treats or, if you have a special day coming up, Alison also makes spectacular custom paper suites for weddings and other events: hand-cut, hand-drawn, hand-foiled, hand-painted, you name it, it’s all good. (This one’s my favorite.)
Take a look around the Love Citron shop and tell me in the comments what’s catching your eye. Each comment will be an entry to win one non-custom listing of your choice (both single cards and entire sets), and Alison has graciously opened the contest to everyone out there, no matter your shipping location. (Come on, you far-flung friends; now’s your chance!) I’ll take one entry per person through next Monday, October 10, and let Random.org choose the winner.
That said, you’re all winners already, because Alison has also offered a special discount just for NTN readers. From today through Tuesday, November 1, use the coupon code NICETHINGSNOW at checkout for 20% off your entire Love Citron order. I kind of want to buy a thank you card from the shop, fill the inside with words of gratitude, and then mail it right back to Alison for being so great. Thank YOU, Alison!
This is not a sponsored post. I just really like the shop and wanted to share it with you. Alison was kind enough to offer the discount and giveaway, and I’m proud to host it.

I love the Cut Paper Triangle Note Cards because I love a card that allows me to make it whatever I need it to be, but makes whatever I need it to be super cool. Love it! Thanks!

The bow tie cards are adorable and would be so versatile. Thanks for sharing a great etsy store I hadn’t come across before (notwithstanding my etsy addiction).
I love the “you are awesome” pop-up card – I may have to get one for an underappreciated coworker.
I really love the water color wedding invites. So unique and just gorgeous! And, of course, the pop up you are awesome cards are pretty rockin’ too!
